In 2021, we led the facilitation of the maiden edition of the Ghana Digital Innovation Week from November 22 to 26. Our strategic expertise saw to it that the Five(5) Day Conference successfully engaged over 2000 participants, in-person and online, from the digital and technology ecosystem. Our involvement in executing GDIW in 2021 brought together about 700 organisations with 47 of these organisations hosting 70 sessions.

As consultants on the digital transformation journey for the leading power provider in Ghana, this project aims to provide VRA’s leadership with capabilities that will enable VRA to continuously reimagine how it delivers its mandate. We also aim to introduce novel ways to empower the organisation to respond to the ever-evolving energy landscape, utilising best-in-time digital tools, strategies and standards. Part of our mandate in the digital transformation of VRA was to set up a Digital Transformation and Innovation Centre. The DTI centre, a state-of-the-art physical space, will serve as a centre of excellence and strategic operations centre for VRA’s digital transformation and innovation projects.

Before embarking on any transformation projects it is imperative to establish a baseline and the state of affairs of the subject in question. Our team of consultants took a critical step in the Digital Transformation journey of VRA by conducting a State of Digital Affairs Assessment across 17 departments/units at VRA across Ghana. The assessment is what reveals the current state of VRA and where the digital transformation journey should begin.
